How long will it take to get my product?
- All Tib Factory orders will ship within 3 business days of order placement (or sooner!) Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location to North Carolina. Refer to map below for estimated shipping time.
What shipping service do you use?
- All Tib Factory orders ship within the Contiguous US via UPS ground and will arrive within 1 to 5 days once shipped depending on your proximity to North Carolina.
Do you Ship Outside of the United States?
- Yes! We have a variety of options for international shipments. All International shoppers are responsible for any and all customs, duties, and brokerage fees for your country upon arrival of your product.
Where are your products made?
- All products from The Tib Factory are made in the USA.
What is your return policy?
- Tib Factory products can be returned with 30 days of the delivery date of your order. The returned item must be in new condition to receive your refund, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please send any return requests to thepetieproject@gmail.com.
