ADJUSTABLE FOR ALL SHOE SIZES AND TYPES - The Tib Solo has adjustable sliding foot grips that will secure your foot while doing tib raises and ankle circles. The Tib Solo is not designed for barefoot use and should always be used with shoes and with the foot grip angled away from you.
50 LB TESTED - The Tib Solo has been tested up to 50 lbs. Most isolation exercises will require much lighter weight as there is an instability factor which makes it significantly more challenging than the 2 footed Tib Blaster. Make sure to start with a lower weight (2.5 to 5 lbs for ankles and 5 to 10lbs for tibs) and slowly work your way up as you build strength and stability.
FITS OLYMPIC WEIGHTS - The Tib Blaster is sized for Olympic 2" hole diameter plates and it can be used with both metal plates and rubber bumper plates. Weights Not Included.
